**Job Description:**
Baseball Queensland's vision is to support clubs and regions in the promotion and growth of baseball in Queensland. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled Digital Media Manager who will play a key role in deploying our digital assets.
The successful candidate will contribute to advancing our interests throughout the state by planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns. They will work collaboratively with volunteers and committees, navigating complex issues while prioritizing tasks and workload.
* Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks to grow our brand's influence locally.
* Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing resources including email and display advertising campaigns.
* Manage social media platforms, prepare accurate reports on campaign performance, and identify latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Digital Marketing or Advertising Experience
* Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Website Analytics, and Adobe Creative Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
* Proficiency in WordPress and cPanel

* Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or advertising
* Detailed knowledge of various social media platforms, related best practices, and website analytics
* Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
* Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
