About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Manager of Open Space and Recreation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of projects and initiatives that enhance our community's parks, reserves, and recreational spaces.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide confidential administrative support to the Unit Manager, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
* Prepare reports, agendas, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and project progress.
* Assist with budget tracking, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
* Manage records and maintain efficient filing systems.

About You

* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems.
* Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Other Important Information

* The commencing salary for this position is up to $80k per year. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $92.7k on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation.
* We have a permanent full-time role available.
* This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight.
* We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite.
* This role is located at the Charmhaven Depot.

Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.
