Compensation & Payroll Specialist Role
* Support payroll, commission and incentive processes to ensure employees are paid correctly and data is accurate.
* Serve as the first point of contact for payroll and sales commission queries.
* Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll & Commission Support: Act as the primary contact for payroll and sales commission inquiries. Assist with payroll data entry, validation and reconciliation.
* Data, Systems & Analytics: Maintain and update spreadsheets, data trackers and performance dashboards. Analyze payroll and workforce data to identify trends, errors or process improvements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in payroll, finance, HR support or commission analysis
* In-depth understanding of Australian payroll legislation and Fair Work requirements
* Familiarity with payroll systems (Xero, HeroPay) and CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
