Phillip Riley is searching for an experienced Engineering Manager.
About the role: You are a key individual of the leadership team, as the Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
Drive and lead a team of engineering staff to design, project delivery and maintenance of assets.
Split the budget across multiple types of projects including new equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuous improvement and maintenance upgrades.
Lead maintenance and project teams.
Ensure continued strong adherence to required guidelines and regulations.
Expenditure reporting, analysis and annual budgeting.
Hands-on project management and preventive maintenance strategy implementation.
Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
Foster an environment of psychological safety, inclusivity, and diversity of thought.
Engage globally with group company entities to leverage optimal engineering solutions to deliver manufacturing and commercially advantageous outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year experience.
Salary
$87,500 - $107,500 plus superannuation.
