We are seeking an experienced Labourer to join our civil construction team. As a key member of our crew, you will be involved in a range of activities including installing and connecting stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systems.
Previous labouring or construction experience is essential for this role, as is the ability to work well in a team and follow direction. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn are also highly valued.
We offer ongoing training and mentoring opportunities, with many of our labourers progressing into roles such as Plant Operators and Leading Hands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and connect stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systems
* Assist tradespeople across multiple work scopes
* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient worksite
