**Overview**
The Scrum Master is responsible for leading the way in Lean Agile methodologies and implementing principles and practices aimed at facilitating, developing, and improving teams' functionality and productivity, ensuring timely and quality delivery of products.
**The Role**
- Working closely with business stakeholders, you will empower agile teams to deliver technology solutions that help the organisation achieve its strategic goals to enable innovative digital capabilities, great user experiences and improved business efficiency.
- As an experienced Scrum Master, you will facilitate a range of Scrum processes to projects and sprint cycles. You will confidently guide and coach teams and business stakeholders in relevant Agile/Scrum
principles, team practices and processes to increase Scrum maturity, support productive interactions, relationships and achievement of deliverables.
- The department is looking for an experienced Scrum Master who is highly organized and enjoys working in a fast-paced and complex environment. You will lead a team of talented Developers, Business Analysts and Testers.
**About You**
- You are an excellent communicator who can present to stakeholders at all levels of seniority and technical knowledge.
- You have demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting teams to adopt new practices and a lean agile framework, aimed at enhancing flexibility, responsiveness, and delivery success.
- You have proven experience in identifying issues, impediments and blockers to work progress at critical project stages and facilitating team solutions to address these.
- You have a strong understanding of code development and utilising agile collaboration technology tools such as Jira and Confluence.
**Essential Requirements**
- Agile Scrum certification (e.g., CSM) or a degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience via a reputable training organisation or related certification
- Experience in delivering a Salesforce Service Cloud platform or managing a project or being a team member involving a Salesforce SaaS solution.
- Demonstrated experience as a team lead or a scrum master with minimum 4 years of agile delivery experience managing or leading complex IT projects, preferably with a government agency.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring and supporting teams to adopt new practices aimed at enhancing flexibility, responsiveness and delivery success.
- Experience identifying issues, impediments and blockers to work progress at critical project stages and facilitating team solutions to address these.
- Applied knowledge and understanding of software development and release processes and procedures.
