Job Title: Women on Wheels Driver Training Program

This paid 7-week driver training and development program is designed to support more women into meaningful careers in the construction and logistics industry.
The program provides fully paid HR (Heavy Rigid) licence training, delivered in partnership with leading training providers including the Driver Experience Centre of Australia and a Central West-based truck driving school.
Participants will gain one-on-one mentorship throughout the program, professional development including accredited units toward a Certificate III in Driving Operations, and completion of Holcim's agitator rollover training and other safety-focused modules.
A supportive and inclusive team culture backs this opportunity, which may lead to a two-year full-time contract as a Driver / Plant Officer in the Central West NSW operations.

* Qualifications:
o Hold a full, unrestricted car licence
o Commit to the full 7-week program and pursuing a full-time role afterward
o Successfully complete a medical assessment including general health, physical capability, and Drug & Alcohol screening
What You'll Gain:
