Your Role:

A Finance Administrator with our team will be responsible for assisting with financial, IT, and administrative duties within our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage all purchase requisitions for the IT team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance procedures.
* Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to obtain quotes and address queries, including regular communications with our global teams.
* Operate the invoicing system to process invoices efficiently.
* Assist in generating monthly financial reports, including detailed reporting on all work requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Australian citizenship.
* Proven experience in IT or finance administration.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Strong computer literacy.
* The ability to collaborate with other teams outside your immediate scope.
* A proven track record in vendor management with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
