Responsibilities
* Set the benchmark for service and presentation standards.
* Ensure service standards are consistently upheld and guests are satisfied.
* Oversee daily operations and ensure room readiness for each shift.
* Deliver training for staff in beauty and massage treatments.
* Support therapist development from onboarding to ongoing coaching.
* Contribute to retail sales and effectively promote in‐house products.
* Manage spa inventory levels and stock control.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior or Lead Therapist in a premium or luxury environment.
* Strong product and technical skills across a range of beauty and massage treatments.
* Demonstrated ability in training, coaching and leadership.
* Strong organisational and business management skills.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
* Availability across a 7‐day roster.
