The Department of Customer Service is looking for a strategic and dynamic Manager, ICT/Digital Assurance to lead the implementation of our Digital Assurance Framework, and to provide assurance, insight and confidence across major digital investments.
In this pivotal role, you will:
Lead assurance across complex, high-value ICT and digital programsDrive continuous improvement in project delivery and investment outcomes
Provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunitiesInfluence and build trusted relationships across government and industry
Shape the governance and transparency of NSW's digital investments
We are seeking an experienced Assurance Leader with strong understanding of ICT/digital project delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement in dynamic, large-scale environments.
