Service Delivery Manager Position
The primary goal of this role is to oversee the effective delivery of client support services, ensuring alignment with participant needs and compliance with NDIS & other legislative requirements. This includes developing and implementing service improvement initiatives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with participant needs and NDIS requirements.
* Lead and mentor a team of frontline support workers, providing training and development opportunities.
* Ensure person-centred engagement with participants, families, support workers, and external stakeholders.
* Oversee budgeting and funding utilisation (NDIS).
* Drive innovation and contribute to strategic plans.
About You
* Proven ability to lead people to achieve service outcomes.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years, supported by relevant education and training.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven multi-tasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Exceptional time management, organisational, and administrative skills.
* Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
* Hold or willing to obtain: Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check & unrestricted Driver's Licence.
