Are you an experiencedLeading Hand or Supervisorlooking for your next opportunity in thecommercial construction space?
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on professional to overseecommercial worksinthe Wollongong area.
About the Role:
As aLeading Hand, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring project timelines are met
Working under an experienced Site Manager, carrying out outlined duties
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Conducting site inspections and reporting progress
Assisting with hands-on work including safety installs when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in aLeading Hand / Supervisorrole within the commercial construction sector
Strong knowledge oflarge building works
Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work
White Card and relevant construction tickets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on-site
