The role involves developing and maintaining district-wide maintenance plans, along with robust maintenance and compliance reporting systems that reflect industry best practices in asset management. It also includes coordinating and contributing to the accurate entry, reporting, and auditing of building asset information, maintenance activities, and repair records within the S4/HANA computerised maintenance management system.
