The Sales Coordinator is directly responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries as well as seeking out new opportunities for sales. Our client is a market leader in outdoor swimming pools, and has a range of innovative products.
Responsibilities will include;
- Responding to incoming calls and enquiries.
- Follow up sales leads enquiries.
- Submit accurate quotes and invoices.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments.
- Greet clients visiting the showroom
You will need;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role.
- Experience in working with construction sector or builders highly sought.
- Ability to read civil design drawings would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously when needed and work cohesively as part of a fast-paced team
- IT literate
- Professional & courteous manner with both customers and fellow staff
- Be punctual and reliable
