Our Property Management department continues to go from strength to strength, and with that momentum comes the opportunity to welcome a new experienced Property Manager into our high-performing team.
If you're ready to take ownership of your own portfolio without unrealistic workloads, burnout or micromanagement, this could be the role you've been waiting for.
Is this you?
You're organised, mature, reliable and genuinely care about doing things properly. You enjoy being part of a team but are confident working independently and taking ownership of your role.
You will need:
* Minimum 12 months' experience managing your own portfolio
* Current WA Property Management Registration
* Current Driver's Licence
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A high level of professionalism and maturity
* A team-first attitude with the ability to work unsupervised

* Full-time role: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
