The position
REIWA is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and self-directed Test Analyst with a keen eye for detail to join our IT team working on a variety of systems including our Salesforce CRM, members' site, property portal and app, and integration between multiple systems. This will include the full scope of testing including smoke testing, functional, regression and integration testing. The key responsibilities of this hands-on testing position include:
* Interpret and analyse user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and designs
* Identify and develop test cases, and identify and prepare test data
* Perform manual and automated testing, capturing and collating test evidence.
* Log, track and manage defects/bugs using tools such as JIRA and Zephr
* Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using both emulators and a test lab
* Validate integration points between systems and ensure data accuracy.
* Document and report testing outcomes clearly and accurately
* Liaise with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate test results.
* Liaise with the technical team as required to understand functionality and test requirements.
* Undertake low level business analysis activities in relation to resolving issues found
* Manage testing across multiple projects, shifting priorities as required.
* Verify regular releases to production
* Develop new automated test capabilities
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role you would have:
* Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a Test Analyst
* Strong experience working in Agile and hybrid development environments
* Experience with test management tools for test case repository and execution
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus
* Refined analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
* Proactive approach and ability to think outside the box
* Experience in the Microsoft Office suite
* Proven ability to work as part of a team
* Sound time management, coordination, and prioritisation skills
* Self-motivation and energetic approach to tasks
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with integration testing including use of POSTMAN.
It would be advantageous if you had the following:
* Experience in test automation and use of AI for testing
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
* Experience with Student Management Systems
* Website and app-based testing experience across multiple platforms
* Experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
* Experience with Zephyr for test case management and reporting
* Experience with Confluence for documentation
* Ability to write SQL queries or SOQL
* Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field
* Testing certifications.
