Job Description
As People Services Team Leader, you will:
* Lead and supervise a team of three, ensuring key deliverables are met and providing coaching and development.
* Collaborate with two other team leaders to align processes and deliver consistent HR services across the business.
* Oversee HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee change requests.
* Ensure compliance with industrial agreements and internal policies.
* Prepare monthly reports and support HR Business Partners with data and insights.
* Drive process improvements and contribute to new HR initiatives in 2026.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HRIS and payroll systems.
The Successful Applicant
* Min 2 years of experience as HR Team Lead
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in process improvement and system integration.
* You're immediately available
* You have experience with Australian labor law
