Field Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to provide expert technical support and maintenance for our clients' manufacturing technology.
* Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of CNC machines and related equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, implementing effective break-fix strategies.
* Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper operation and care of their CNC systems.
* Document all work performed and maintain detailed service records.
* Liaise with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service offerings.
* Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a manufacturing Field Service technician or in a similar technical role.
* Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of manufacturing machine technology.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
* Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients.
* Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
* Relevant technical certifications, qualifications and/or experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
