Bread Baker Job Description
Cafe Moka is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to prepare and bake various baked goods.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and baking ingredients according to recipes.
* Bake breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
* Decorate, glaze, or finish cakes and pastries as required.
* Package and present baked goods attractively for sale or display.
* Monitor ovens, baking times, and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen and bakery workspace.
* Handle inventory: track supplies, manage stock levels of flour, ingredients, and other baking materials.
* Collaborate with café staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service.
* Occasionally help with early morning preparation or special orders.
