You will possess sound knowledge of recent changes within the NHS and current professional issues.
You will work independently under the guidance of a Team Leader and collaborate with other team members to ensure clinical standards are maintained using evidence-based practice.
You should have a good understanding of the components of Clinical Governance, Best Practice, Risk Management, Clinical Audit, and relevant Professional Codes.
Flexibility, adaptability, reliability, and excellent clinical skills are essential.

You would be accompanied with a registered nurse, but would attend any non-registered visits (simple tasks) on your own.
Person Specification Qualifications Registered General Nurse educated to degree level (or equivalent)Current NMC registrationEvidence of further recent qualified developmentMentorship module or working towards Experience and knowledge Understanding of National Government initiatives in health and social care and how they impact on local servicesKnowledge of a broad range of conditions, experienced by patients in community and general practice settings.
