We are seeking a motivated E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team and help manage our online presence, product listings, inventory, and social media platforms.
Position Summary
The E-Commerce & Shopify Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of four online stores, including updating product listings, managing online inventory, and ensuring accurate online sales processing using our in-house invoicing and inventory system. This role also includes overseeing social media platforms, working closely with the sales team, and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product listings across four Shopify online stores — including adding new products, updating descriptions, pricing, images, and product specifications
* Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels on Shopify using the in-house inventory system
* Coordinate with the sales team for inventory updates, special orders, and product launches
* Manage and grow company social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
* Develop and post engaging social media content aligned with company promotions and product launches
* Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with online marketing campaigns, promotions, and website updates
* Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Manager
* Support other sales and operational activities as needed
Qualifications
* Experience managing Shopify stores and, or e-commerce platforms (Essential)
* Interest and knowledge of automotive parts is a strong asset
* Previous e-commerce or digital retail experience, ideally in automotive or related industries.
* Familiarity with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory tracking tools
* Experience in Graphic design or content creation skills are an asset

* Full-time, in-office position (Monday to Friday)

* Close interaction with the sales team
