Job Overview
This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The primary responsibility of the Service Experience Agent is to manage incoming calls, provide timely and accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the resolution of guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Operate the telephone switchboard to answer and respond to incoming calls from guests.
* Provide precise and efficient support to guests in regard to hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
* Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
* Responsibility Service of Alcohol certification from a recognized training provider.
* Current I'm Alert Food Safety Certification issued by the City of Perth.
* Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
