We are currently seeking a driven Sales Assistant / Store Manager to join our team. This role offers career growth – from learning the ropes in sales to one day managing your own mobile store, or even becoming a Snap-on Franchisee.

The Role
Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Servicing customers across your designated route and building strong relationships
* Delivering outstanding customer service and product support
* Meeting sales and service targets while managing stock and collections
* Keeping your mobile store in pristine condition – it's a rolling showcase for Snap-on
* Attending sales meetings, training and company events to keep ahead of the game
* Maintaining accurate records, reporting weekly and following Snap-on procedure
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* A sales-focused attitude (experience in sales/customer service is a bonus, not a must)
* A keen interest in tools, mechanics, or the automotive industry
* Strong communication, presentation and people skills
* Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented approach
* MR licence (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential)
Most importantly, you'll be someone who loves tools and loves to sell.
