EL1 ICT Governance & PMO Operations Lead
Join a high‐performing ICT portfolio management environment supporting project assurance, governance, reporting and continuous improvement across a complex delivery landscape. This role is ideal for an experienced PMO, governance or portfolio professional who can operate independently, manage competing priorities and provide quality advice to senior stakeholders.
Location: Canberra – Civic
Contract Duration: 12‐month non‐ongoing contract, with 6‐month extension option and potential for ongoing
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV2 clearance required
Essential Tasks
* Manage project and portfolio governance across risks, dependencies, milestones, dashboards and compliance reporting.
* Maintain and uplift PMF templates, SOPs, artefacts and SharePoint resources.
* Provide secretariat support and governance oversight for senior ICT forums.
* Support PMO operations including reporting, onboarding, communications and process improvement.
Key Criteria
* Strong program, portfolio or PMO governance experience in complex ICT environments.
* Ability to provide high-quality advice, reporting and assurance to senior stakeholders.
* Experience improving governance frameworks, documentation, processes and delivery tools.
* Strong judgement, stakeholder engagement and risk management capability.
