This builder has carved out a strong niche delivering premium, one-off “forever homes” for discerning clients, with a focus on craftsmanship, detail, and long-term relationships. Projects are typically in the $5m–$10m range and involve close collaboration with leading architects and consultants. You will play a key role across multiple high-end residential builds, working closely with Directors and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior CA who enjoys a more refined, relationship-driven environment, moving away from large-scale commercial work into bespoke, design-focused construction. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end contract administration across luxury residential projects Letting and managing subcontract packages with a focus on quality trades Preparing scopes of work, procurement schedules, and cost reporting Managing RFIs, variations, and consultant coordination Building strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors Supporting project delivery with a strong attention to detail and finish About You: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on $5m - $10m projects Background in high-end residential or commercial projects (or a genuine interest in transitioning) Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage detailed builds Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a client-facing, design-driven environment Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar (preferred) This role will suit a Senior CA looking to step into a more bespoke, lifestyle-focused sector while still working on technically challenging and rewarding projects.
