Community Support Role Overview
This role involves assisting elderly individuals with general housework to ensure their living environment remains clean and organized.
You will work closely with clients across the Southern Suburbs, undertaking domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry preparation. You will also support clients socially while creating a positive rapport.
1. Clean homes thoroughly, including dusting, vacuuming, and tidying;
2. Support older adults in maintaining independence by carrying out daily tasks such as meal preparation;
3. Create strong relationships with your clients built on trust and respect;
4. Aid in promoting healthy lifestyles for seniors through encouragement of independence
