About the Role

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals. They will develop and execute strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and business proposals.
* Relationship Building
They will build and maintain long-term relationships with private businesses, government agencies, and industry partners. This includes representing the company at conferences, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings across Australia.
* Customer Engagement
The candidate will drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, consultation, and issue resolution. They will also collaborate on pricing strategies and market insights.
* Tender Responses
They will spearhead tender responses, contract negotiations, and service agreements. Additionally, they will promote cutting-edge technology and services to partners and customers.

About You
* Sales Experience
A minimum of 5 years' extensive sales experience is required, preferably in automotive, energy, and infrastructure.
* B2B Business Development
Proven ability in B2B business development, sales, or account management is essential.
* Communication Skills
Confident communication and presentation skills are required.
* Stakeholder Management
