About the Role
WA Limestone is currently looking for a local Weighbridge Operator/Clerk at our Flynn Drive Quarry.
Key Requirements
* Work under pressure and have high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise duties
* Good communication and computer skills
* Must be reliable and always on time for work
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a trade certified weighbridge, processing computerised dockets through Command Apex
* Input dispatch orders, manual dockets and docket edits through Command Apex
* Record on‐hand stockpile quantities through Command Apex
* Add new vehicles and configurations as required, ensuring accurate records of dispatched quantities
* Receive and manage enquiries from customers, contractors and fellow staff members
* Input data such as fuel inventory, usage and readings, delivery reports, and subcontractor fuel usage reports
* Reconcile receipts and post end‐of‐month invoices to company accounts team
* Provide clear and correct instructions to drivers
* Handle COD (Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card and Cheques) sales including banking summaries
* Perform general administrative and weighbridge office duties
It is essential that you have a flexible and willing attitude and a strong desire to work within a mining environment. All successful candidates will be required to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen and Pre‐employment Medical prior to offer of employment.
