The Opportunity
As a Document Controller, you'll assist in managing and coordinating key project documentation, including:
Consultant, subcontractor, and fabrication/workshop documentation
RFI, queries, and general correspondence between RCC, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
Applications and approvals for authorities and utilities
Quality Assurance documentation including ITPs, testing, and hold points
Coordination of PCA, BCA, and authority requirements to ensure project completion compliance
About You
Previous experience in administration is preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience or interest in the construction industry is an advantage
