As well as Influence decision making and investment priorities toward the agreed future state architecture.Key responsibilities include:Providing support for a program of availability and continuity activities.Ensuring infrastructure availability within SLAs.Ensuring there is a documented plan for infrastructure enhancements, upgrades and projects, and delivery commitments to Service Units are achieved.Effectively managing vendor relationships, including agreements, performance, and escalation.About youYou will be a motivated individual with solid experience in leadership and extensive experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
You will also have the following:Experience leading a small technical infrastructure team including on-going maintenance, upgrade, and support of infrastructure in a complex (preferably health) enterprise ICT environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.An understanding of service management principles, including knowledge of ITIL, software development methods and project management methodologies, such as PMBOK/PRINCE2.Experience with service delivery governance practices, cyber security, and risk and compliance requirements in a technology context.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and experience in working with vendors.Expertise in infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms - including strong experience with VMware vSphere (HCI), Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune/SCCM, AVD.Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy.
