We are currently seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our leadership team at Bodington, our beautiful residential aged care home in Wentworth Falls. About the role Reporting to the Residential Manager, the Care Manager works as the second‑in‑charge, providing strong clinical leadership and governance to ensure residents receive safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Catholic Healthcare policies. This is a permanent full‑time role, Monday to Friday, offering leadership stability and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents, families and staff. Key responsibilities include: Leading and overseeing clinical governance to ensure quality care outcomes Supporting and supervising Registered Nurses and care teams Ensuring timely completion and review of resident assessments and care plans Monitoring incidents, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring appropriate follow‑up and documentation Driving compliance with quality standards, safety, and infection prevention and control Coaching and developing clinical and care staff to achieve best practice outcomes Acting as a key clinical contact for residents, families and external stakeholders About you You are a confident clinical leader who is passionate about aged care and committed to continuous improvement and resident wellbeing.
