An opportunity is currently available for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Supply team in our Brisbane, Wakerley Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Supply Chain and Logistics teams who execute the supply processes required to deliver imported goods and services to Signets warehouses and customers. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, this role is integral to business performance and growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the supply chain team, developing and executing strategies that align with business growth and sustainability goals. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound workflows to Signet’s warehouses Drive outbound logistics optimisation, to support timely, cost-effective delivery to our customers. Partner with freight forwarders and service providers as extensions of the business. Use Power BI and forecasting tools to report on performance. Bring visibility enabling the supply chain and broader business to make better decisions. What we are looking for in our Supply Chain Manager: Leadership capability, 2 years’ experience leading a team. 2 years of experience in supply chain or operations. Ability to adapt to changing environments and processes. Ability to solve complex problems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple important priorities simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow through to completion. Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills. Exposure to an ERP system or Navision highly regarded. Exposure to Power BI also highly regarded.
