part-time Sales Professional
to join our team at
Gillin Park
, our thriving retirement living community in
Warrnambool

In this role, you'll support prospective residents and their families as they transition into the Levande community. Your consultative sales expertise and commitment to exceptional service will directly contribute to increasing occupancy and enriching the lives of older Australians in the region.
What You'll Do
* Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, positioning Levande as the preferred choice
* Achieve sales targets by guiding prospects from enquiry through to settlement
* Represent Levande with professionalism and integrity within the local community
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience in face-to-face sales (retirement living, real estate, or similar preferred)
* Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying connected to a national sales team
* Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
