The Role
Supported by strong brand recognition and consistent lead flow, you will be responsible for driving portfolio growth and strengthening long-term client relationships, including:
* Securing new managements through warm leads and strategic prospecting
* Conducting open homes and market appraisals
* Working closely with Sales Agents and Executive Leasing Consultants
* Advising clients on market conditions and investment strategies
* Building a strong referral network across the business
The Ideal Candidate
This role suits a confident, commercially minded BDM who understands premium clients and high-performance environments.
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Real Estate or Property
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Highly organised with excellent follow-through
* Relationship-driven with a polished, professional presence
* Real Estate License, own car and valid driver's licence
