Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-discipline engineering team in all stages of the project lifecycle, including proposal development, detailed design and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in technical feasibility studies, value engineering, cost development and strategical planning for the Hydropower market.
* Manage engineering activities to align with established schedule and budget requirements with commercial awareness of prime contract and subcontract scope requirements and limitations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical or Construction) with significant experience in planning, developing and executing heavy civil projects.
* Experience with sustainable development and execution of large hydro and pumped storage projects.
* Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams consisting of geotechnical, geological, hydrology and hydraulics, civil, structural, seismic, mechanical, electrical, environmental, risk and construction engineers in support of project execution.
