Our Hobart team is looking for a Credit Care Consultant to join the Customer Support team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role
As a Credit Care Consultant, you'll play a key role in our Lending Customer Support team, having proactive conversations with customers in early arrears and guiding them towards practical solutions.

* Contact customers in early arrears and discuss tailored, practical options
* Manage overdue loan and credit accounts with accuracy and professionalism
* Maintain clear, compliant records and meet service timeframes
