About the Role:
Join Burger Urge as a Project Manager-Construction and lead exciting construction projects, from new venue builds to refurbishments. You'll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while working closely with a dynamic team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll oversee budgeting, timelines, and stakeholder communications to deliver successful projects that align with our brand's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Budget & Cost Control: Develop budgets, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
* Design & Compliance: Work with suppliers and ensure designs meet Burger Urge's standards and building codes.
* Leadership: Lead a construction team, collaborate with internal teams, and drive project success.
* Quality & Safety: Ensure construction work complies with safety standards and maintain quality assurance.
* Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates and ensure all approvals and certifications are secured.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in construction project management (hospitality or commercial sectors).
* Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
