We are a company providing IT services across Asia Pacific and EMEA, specializing in desktops, servers, networks, and data center technologies. Headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, we have clients and offices throughout these regions. We are currently seeking partners/engineers for onsite support services to assist our clients.
Mode: On-call - Casual Basis
Adhoc/Dispatch Requirements:
* Experience in handling desktop and network issues
* Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
* Install patches
* Software and Hardware Break Fix
* Well-versed network engineer (CCNA or above certification preferred)
* Basics of Wi-Fi and network configurations (LAN, WAN, Switches, Routers)
* Install and administer MS Office
* Business English and local language proficiency
Standard tools required for engineers going onsite:
* Fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10 and admin rights
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB Rj45), with drivers installed if using a USB converter
* Software installed: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server
* Screwdriver set
* Internet data card
* Ability to console into Cisco routers using Webex and console cables
