Site Manager - Hospitality Refurbishment & Fit-Out
Location: Blue Mountains region
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit‐out projects across the Blue Mountains region. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead projects in a dynamic environment while working with a team committed to excellence.
This is a contract position based in the Blue Mountains. Some accommodation and/or travel expenses may be offered.
About The Role
* Manage day‐to‐day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain smooth workflow
* Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company procedures
* Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
* Monitor project progress, report to management and resolve on‐site issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager in hospitality or commercial fit‐out projects
* Strong leadership and team‐management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety regulations
* Ability to travel to project sites across the Blue Mountains region
