As a Client Account Manager with our Sydney team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality post-sales client management for Mid Market Enterprise (MME) clients which are a part of our Commercial Banking business. With exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills and a genuine client service ethic, you will build close relationships with our blue chip - Global Payments Solutions (GPS) clients, developing an indepth understanding of their needs, analysing data and insights to provide them with customised, competitive service offerings.
Joining the fast moving GPS team, you will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of blue-chip corporate clients, critical to the success of our business. While looking after all of the transactional banking needs of these clients you will also engage with them on a strategic level. This is a role where no two days will be the same as you manage a variety of complex queries, interacting with colleagues globally and broadening your knowledge and develop career opportunities across our global network.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Managing the transactional banking needs of a broad range of clients within our Corporate sector.
- Regular client visits and calls to ensure clients are receiving a positive experience and the liquidity Regular client visits and calls to ensure clients are receiving a positive experience and their liquidity and transactional solutions are functioning to optimal levels.
- Providing proactive account management to a number of clients to achieve portfolio growth;
- Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with relationship managers, client account managers and business partners to support clients daily service activities;
- Delivering positive outcomes to enquiries and situations posed and experienced by clients in the corporate sector
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs in order to deliver positive outcomes to issues experienced by clients in corporate sector.
Requirements
**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:
- Strong experience as an account manager or servicing manager in the banking industry with in-depth knowledge of transactional banking solutions, ideally in a customer facing commercial banking role.
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service management to clients with a range of a range of complex needs.
- Self-motivation and able to autonomously work towards achieving personal and team goals.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, paying strong attention to detail.
- The ability to contribute to and be a part of a collaborative solutions focussed team.
