We are looking for a self‐motivated and highly organised individual to join our team in a newly created role as our Parts Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of the Branch Store and workshop inventory locations within the Branch, whilst ensuring compliance with the Company's policies, procedures, and operational targets.
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine tasks to satisfy Branch demands and requirements through the effective management of:
o Receiving stock off purchase orders and transfers
o Receiving stock from PDC — manifest checking
o Inventory transfers to correct inventory location as required using SJC as reference
* Picking & transferring
* Conduct Weekly/Monthly branch cycle counts as required by the business to ensure an accurate stock count
* Complete pre‐stocktake and six‐monthly parts stocktake for the branch store and workshop inventory locations
* Identify operational improvements and, in consultation with the Workshop Manager, establish an action and implementation plan
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels
* Be self‐directed and motivated
