About The Role
Reporting into our Senior Value Manager, this role will play a key part in driving value for our customers through delivering data led promotional insights, implementing a forward-thinking value strategy and being a key point of contact on all things pricing and value for our category management teams.
You will also:
* Support our Senior Value Manager implementing and driving our value strategy
* Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations on promotional activity
* Work closely with our category managers to stay up to date with our changing customer spending habits
* Partner with marketing and customer teams to communicate trusted value to our customers and get credit for value
* Maintain reporting on price competitiveness and value KPI's for stakeholders across the Coles group
About You And Your Skills
You will have:
* Exposure to data analysis and problem solving in an FMCG, Retail or Consulting environment
* Experience with data tools such as SQL, R, PowerBI etc. preferred but not required
* The ability to navigate ambiguity/work through complex environments whilst making sound decisions
* Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to present data insights confidently to a varied stakeholder group
* Experienced in handling large scale data and developing insightful reports
