About the role
As People & Culture Manager you will report directly to the CEO and lead NICU's people agenda.
You'll own:
* HR strategy & operations – recruitment, performance, compliance
* Employee Value Proposition (EVP) – design and delivery
* Learning & Development (L&D) – build capability and leadership
* Culture & Engagement – foster a high-performance, member-first mindset
* Workforce planning & talent management – future-proof our organisation

To be successful in this role, you would have the following:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (postgraduate preferred).
* 8–10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven track record developing and implementing People Strategy in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practice.
* Expertise in EVP design, L&D frameworks, organisational development, and change management.
