Astor Air Conditioning is a well established and growing HVAC contractor delivering high-quality commercial air conditioning solutions across the ACT, NSW and International regions. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of commercial HVAC projects from award through to completion.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of multiple air conditioning projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage HVAC projects from tender handover to final commissioning
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
* Develop and manage project programs, budgets and forecasts
* Liaise with clients, consultants and builders to ensure smooth delivery
* Oversee site activities, WHS compliance and quality control
* Manage variations, progress claims and project documentation
* Ensure projects meet contractual, technical and regulatory requirements
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within HVAC, mechanical services or construction
* Strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Sound knowledge of WHS requirements
* Relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification (desirable)
