About the role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cafe All Rounder to join our team at @ Toms Cafe' in Cordeaux Heights, NSW. This is a casual position with the opportunity to work as both a Barista and in the Kitchen. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverages to our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of cafe-style meals and snacks
* Ensure the cafe's front-of-house and back-of-house areas are well-stocked, clean, and well-maintained
* Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
* Contribute to the overall efficient operation of the cafe by supporting your team members as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience working as a Barista and/or in a cafe or restaurant kitchen
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* A passion for food, coffee, and creating an exceptional customer experience
* A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
