* Sales expertise in Business Professional Services, BPO, ITO, Data & Analytics, and AI sales.
* Innovative deal structuring skills, leveraging offshore, onshore, and hybrid delivery models.
* Strategic leadership abilities, including client-level sales strategies and industry pursuits.
* A client-centric mindset, comfortable navigating complex organizations and managing high-level negotiations.
