We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives and shape the culture at our Fremantle terminal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the employee lifecycle for Fremantle Port, ensuring alignment with operational goals and supporting a high-performing, safety-focused workforce.
* Ensure effective HR strategies and initiatives align with local business objectives and operational needs.
* Facilitate key people processes within the business unit, such as performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning, in collaboration with functional leaders.
* Develop, monitor, and analyze critical HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across business units.
* Promote adherence to internal standards and external legislative requirements.
