We are looking for Office Admin Coordinator based in Orange

Our client is a well-recognised national brand with a strong presence across Australia. They have multiple short-term casual opportunities, including part-time roles in selected locations, to support their teams during this peak period.

Position Details:
Role: Office Admin Coordinator
Location: Orange
Hourly Rate: $34.59 per hour + super (inclusive of casual loading; Modern Award applies)
Anticipated Contract Duration: Tax Season - July/August - potentially longer depending on the volume
Anticipated Start Date: 17th of June
Anticipated Working hours: min. 25 hours per week, month of July this could go up to 35 hours per week and slowly decline to minimum 25 (depending on the volume of people needing assistance with tax returns).

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and offer service information
- Conduct pre-appointment calls and liaise with internal admin teams
- Accept and organise tax return drop-offs
- Process payments, manage office banking, and respond to emails promptly

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in reception or administrative support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
