An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead high-impact technology and asset management projects within the utilities and energy sectors. We are looking for a driven skilled with expertise in Maximo or equivalent asset management solutions to oversee the successful delivery of complex, business-critical programs.
As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project outcomes across asset management, technology, and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic business objectives.
This role requires strong experience in the delivery of Maximo projects, or similar large-scale asset management, maintenance, or operational technology solutions within the utilities or energy sectors. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring seamless project execution with a strong focus on business value, stakeholder engagement, and technical delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology, asset management, or operational transformation projects within the utilities, energy, or related sectors.
- Experience delivering Maximo projects or equivalent asset management systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex programs, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive accountability, maintain project focus, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, vendor management skills, and experience with project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
