Financial Controller APAC – Drilling Products

Reporting and Analysis
* Work with the FP&A team to prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closings.
Financial Management
* Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for APAC regions.
* Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
* Manage cash flow and working capital to optimise financial performance.
Compliance and Risk Management
* Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards.
* Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks across the region.
Leadership
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the finance function.
* Provide guidance and support to finance professionals across multiple locations through dotted‑line and direct relationships, ensuring alignment of goals and consistency of financial practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (Master's preferred).
* 5‑7 years of experience within management roles in Finance and/or Controlling.
* Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of local accounting standards.
* Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
* Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and financial software a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
